You are responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws in running your practice and contacting people who reach out to you, including consent, telemarketing, SMS, email, health privacy, and advertising laws in your jurisdiction. You agree to honor any opt-out requests you receive.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Ready Patient and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
